**To create a cache subnet group**

The following ``create-cache-subnet-group`` example creates a new cache subnet group. ::

    aws elasticache create-cache-subnet-group \
        --cache-subnet-group-name "mygroup" \
        --cache-subnet-group-description "my subnet group" \
        --subnet-ids "subnet-xxxxec4f"
